DESIGN RULES
↳ by owning one of my designs you agree & submit to these rules
* I personally do not police the resell price of my designs, but for the convenience of other clients, you must disclose the “real value” of my designs when reselling (purchase price + money spent on commissions of the character + worth of art trades and personal art as dictated by your own commission prices) - when a character is gifted or traded the “real value“ reverts to 0. I will not take action on reselling for MORE than the “real value“ as long as you disclose it & the new owner is aware.
* If editing a design of mine, please keep the original artwork in the gallery (do not delete it but it may be hidden).
* Do not duplicate a design's profile or create other versions of it, even if co-owning a character.
* Do not claim a design of mine as your own or take heavy inspiration from it.
* Do not erase/remove/modify my watermark "@rawmilke" from the original artwork in any way, shape, or form.
* All designs will be archived on toyhouse. You do not need a toyhouse account to own my designs, but with a purchase from me, you are entitled to a toyhouse code on request at no extra cost. Be wary of purchasing my designs from people without the relevant toyhouse profile.
* I will not involve myself in any disputes regarding co-ownership, tradebacks, reselling, etc, unless in cases of reselling where my own TOS is broken.COMMISSIONS

* I do commissions through ko-fi only. I announce openings through youtube & ko-fi.
* Process may differ between commission types. Check description of the relevant ko-fi listing for more information.
* I typically take payment upfront. In cases where the total exceeds $400USD, payment plans with a minimum non-refundable down payment of 20% may be discussed. If you are unable to complete the payment or choose to back out, you are entitled to a refund excluding the 20% down payment to compensate for my time. If the payment has been completed in full, you are not entitled to a refund of any amount. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, you will be refunded the full amount.
* In the case of backing out, I will resell the design or YCH.
* Turnaround time may vary, but I typically have a ‘limited time’ in which if a commission is incomplete by, you are entitled to a full refund. Check the relevant ko-fi listing for more information.
* I do not "take back" character designs, regardless of what you do. If TOS is broken I may refuse to do further business with you, but I will never revoke what has already been paid for.MY ARTWORK

* Each adopt I create has its own unique lines, unless it is a base adopt which is always specified.
* Do not trace or copy my artwork or character designs under any circumstances.
* Please do not rip off my work and claim it as ‘inspiration’. If you take inspiration from my work, please LINK BACK to my original piece.
* You MAY NOT repost my art UNLESS you own the rights to it (own the character, commissioned me etc).
* Do not claim my artwork as your own and properly credit me if reposting commission work (with a link back to my carrd, . E.g. “artwork by rawmilke.carrd.co).

↳ by offering on an adopt of mine you agree & submit to these rules
* In auctions (on toyhouse), I accept payment through PayPal USD, invoice only. If I do not get a response after contacting you within 24h, the adopt will go to someone else.
* I do not refund payments on adopts or commissions, unless the specified time had passed without completion.
* Please specifiy payment plans in your original comment/bid. As previously stated, I require a minimum down payment of 20%, and this is only available to amounts over $400usd.
* I may refuse to do business with you for any reason.
* My adopt auctions are public however I accept private bids through messages.
* After you send me payment for an adopt I will transfer the design to your ToyHouse either as requested, or within 24h for sales onsite.
